Lanassir at her Grand Opening

Last Thursday, 3rd May, Swank Interiors held a Grand Opening at their Showroom and Studio at Three Gates Farm, Bressingham.

At least 200 people celebrated the opening of the studio and there was a real buzz in the air. Everyone there was amazed to see the transformation of the old buildings to Lanassir’s magnificent Showrooms.  Congratulations!    Click here to see pictures from the evening >

A FABULOUS 'OOMPAH' - £7000 raised

Hill Farm, Fersfield, was a hive of energetic activity on Saturday evening: singing, eating (and a little use of liquid refreshment), dancing and exuberant enjoyment – and all in aid of two excellent causes: The East Anglian Air Ambulance and the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution. Pam and John Orford and family had worked for many months to produce the Oompah evening, which was sponsored by a host of major firms and splendidly supported by many willing helpers.  Guests were welcomed to the huge barn, which was magnificently decorated and furnished with trestle tables, band-stage and bar.  A delicious meal – with sausages, of course – was followed by the music and entertainment of Karl’s Bavarian Brass Band, who very soon had all those present singing, dancing and taking a full, enjoyable part.

During the course of the energetic party (over 250 people were there) there were a raffle and auction – both of which offered generously donated prizes and items: patrons were equally generous with their ticket purchases and bids. All agreed that the event had been a marvellous success and the two charities will also have had a deservedly profitable evening as over £7000 was raised. Click here to see the photos >
