Bressingham village hall can be booked for activities and events.

BRESSINGHAM & FERSFIELD VILLAGE HALL HIRE CHARGES

With effect from 1^st August 2023

All bookings must include time for preparation and clearing away and be for a minimum duration of two hours.

Normal Hourly Rate – £11 per hour for residents and £16.50 per hour non-residents.

Weekday 5 hourly Session Booking (excluding Friday evenings) carries a 10% discount.

Example Session Booking:

Morning 8am to 1pm

Afternoon 1pm to 6pm

Evening 6pm to 11pm

Charge: £50.00 residents and £75.00 non-residents

• Weekend Session Booking (including Friday evening) and split weekday sessions are charged at normal hourly rate.

A split session includes a break of an hour or longer between sessions, ie, 10am to 12pm -beak- 1pm to 4pm

• Weekday Whole Day Session, 8am to 11.30pm, carries a 15% discount

Charge: £145 residents and £218 non-residents

• Weekend Whole Day Session, 8am to 11.30pm, carries a 10% discount

Charge: £154 residents and £230 non-residents

• Regular users who book more than 4 weeks at a time in advance receive a 10% discount.

• Concessionary rate offered to longstanding users of 2 years or more who use the hall on a regular weekly basis.
