Initial Comments
The PC recognizes the need for more housing but has reservations about some aspects of this development.
School road is essentially a single track road which gets very congested at peak times  .The proposal for 39  dwellings opposite the school will only hinder the traffic situation at the start and collection times even though a car park has been included !
We would like to see a less dense development from 39 to 30 dwellings . 
We also have concerns with the surface water in  storm events, where the possibility of flash flooding is becoming more likely.
School road regularly floods certainly where it meets the A1066   perhaps consideration should be given to an attenuation basin or holding tanks to cater for these situations and mitigate the risk of further flooding.. Also further consideration of effluent /foul water from the dwellings needs to be considered.
