Road Closure: School Road – 5th May 2026

Road Closure Sign

Work to improve the carriageway and footway on School Road, Bressingham will start on Tuesday 5 May 2026 and will take two days to complete, ending on Wednesday 6 May 2026.

To undertake this work effectively and safely we will require the full width of the carriageway, therefore the road will need to be closed while work is in progress.

Access to properties within the closure will be maintained all times, however the direction of approach may shift as works progress. Gatemen operatives on site will assist access to properties within the works areas.

A signed diversion route will be in place.

The County Council thanks people for their patience while this maintenance work is carried out.

The work which will cost £6,500 will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Infrastructure Department and their contractors.
